I've worked across a variety of industries, strategizing, directing campaigns, and leading multiple teams.

For over 22 years, I've collaborated with companies such as Target, Walmart, Starbucks, Amazon, ESPN, Goodyear, Bridgestone, Firestone, and Coca-Cola, (just to name a few), launching brands and products, designing events, and leading countless digital and traditional marketing efforts.

LEADERSHIP

Sure, I’ve teamed up with Fortune 500 brands and nabbed a few awards, but leading is what fuels me. Leading creative strategy and delivering flawless work? That’s me. I’ve also got a knack for spotting potential and mentoring my team into creative powerhouses. I thrive on straight talk, humility, and lifting others up. Rallying a team around a shared goal and running a creative studio? That’s my sweet spot.

BACKGROUND

Originally born and raised in Brazil, I came to the US at 17 to master English as an exchange student, planning to return home for med school. Instead, I dominated academics and scored scholarships for college in Kansas. Armed with Fine Arts, Theatre, and Design chops, I launched my career at an ad agency—designing, writing, and coding. My work turned heads, giving me bigger brands and better projects, and landing where I am today.

PERSONAL LIFE

I’m a believer. I live out in the country in Nashville, with my two children and a barn (no horses). When deadlines allow, I play guitar and piano, write music, and force my children to harmonize. I divide my time between working on my land, volunteering, painting, and daydreaming about rebuilding Land Rovers. I love meeting strangers, I love live music, and, most importantly, I love making a lasting difference in the lives of those around me.
